SEMINARS & SPECIAL TRAINING OPPORTUNITIES

Seminars are an important part of the HSC training environment and give our skaters the chance to learn from experienced coaches, athletes and specialists from outside their regular training team.

Throughout the season, we aim to bring in a variety of guest presenters to expose skaters to new ideas, different coaching styles and high-level instruction in areas such as skating skills, jumps, spins, performance, choreography, mindset and overall athlete development.
